a good quality felt product that fits my A70 pickup

Posted by david carnegie-smith on 23rd Sep 2026

This bailey channel felt is the perfect size to squeeze into the original channel. It takes a bit of working into the small outer channel edging to get it fully home and secured. Once that is done and the window glass is used to fully bed in it will be good for another 50 years.

    Felt window liner

This product is exactly what I was looking for and dimensionally matches the original felt and will work perfectly for my application in the Austin Sheerline window channels.

Looked for a felt to do this job for ages, but this is the right size and thickness, looks as good as a new one. Great job Pete!
